So, things have kind of changed for me at the day job....one of the people that I work with has been let go, so for a while...I will be taking on many of her responsibilities. I was assisting her with more of her work anyways, so I was the natural person to step in. It is sad for me to see her go...since it is never a happy time when someone needs to lose their job, but at the same time...I think it is the best thing for her and for the agency.
My life is going to be a smidge chaotic at work for a while though...but to be honest, I don't really mind. I tend to fester when I don't always have something to do...and even though it is going to mean a LOT more work, I am looking forward to the added responsibility.
